Our Promise to You

If you have to cancel or move an event due to COVID – 19, Here is how we are helping you!

Booking Fee / Deposit:

• Normally our Deposits / Booking Fee’s are non-refundable – This is still true however in a slightly different way.
  • You can ‘move’ your event at no extra cost
  • We can credit your account with your deposit ready for you to book with us in future

Full Event Fee:

• This is fully refundable, we will ask for at least 12 hours notice (where possible) of the cancellation, as well as proof of a positive test (This must be from an organizer or priority guest that the event can’t happen without such as the birthday person if it’s a surprise birthday
